With 18 years of experience, Mountainpeak Technology solves critical industrial automation challenges with "hardcore patents".

Innovation Engine: Driving Efficiency Leap in Mining and Metallurgical Production Lines
On the production lines of the mining and metallurgical industries, the wear of trough conveyor idler wheels has long been a painful issue—frequent conveyor belt tears, unexpected equipment shutdowns... Annual maintenance costs of millions erode company profits. In early 2025, Chengdu Mountainpeak Technology launched a core patent "Trough Conveyor Idler Device" (Patent No.: CN119117545B) that successfully broke the deadlock: it uses special wear-resistant alloy materials and a wave-shaped structural design to reduce friction and achieve silent operation, with remarkable application effects—conveyor belt wear rate decreased by 40%, equipment lifespan extended by over 50%, maintenance costs reduced by 60%. This device is just one of the 34 patents held by Chengdu Mountainpeak Technology.
After 18 years of technological breakthroughs, its patent portfolio covers key areas such as waste heat recovery from metallurgical furnaces, intelligent casting of silicon metal, and DCS control systems, building a dual technological barrier of "hardware + software," successfully filling more than ten domestic technological gaps and continuously leading the industry's technology implementation practices.

Benchmark Practice: The Automation Revolution from Yanjin to Xinjiang
Yanjin Xin'an Chemical's "Unmanned Raw Material Factory": Addressing the core issue of silica impurities, in 2024, Chengdu Mountainpeak Technology customized a full-process automation solution for Yanjin Xin'an Chemical. This system uses a self-developed patented drum stone washer to powerfully remove mineral impurities, combined with a high-precision weighing scale to achieve zero error in material proportioning, resulting in a 60% drop in labor costs and elevating raw material purity to the industry's top level. Thanks to this outstanding performance, the solution has now become a benchmark in the silicon-based materials production field.

Xinjiang Qiya's "Coal-Power-Silicon Integration" Lifeline Project: In the Gobi heartland of the Zhundong coalfield, Mountainpeak Technology deployed a fully automated batching system for Xinjiang Qiya's "Coal-Power-Silicon Integration" project, successfully replacing traditional manual operations and reducing raw material proportioning error from ±5% to ±0.3%. This precision breakthrough laid a crucial foundation for the stable and efficient annual production of 800,000 tons of industrial silicon. Currently, the project's workshop completed full-line installation and entered power-on commissioning by the end of 2024. After commissioning, it is expected to increase circular economy benefits by over ten million yuan annually.

Technology for All: Independently Controllable Sparks
Facing the challenge of high transformation costs hindering the digitalization of small and medium enterprises, Chengdu Mountainpeak Technology launched a modular DCS system to lower the threshold. The effectiveness of this solution was fully verified in the 100,000-ton hydropower silicon project of Yunnan Yongchang Silicon Industry: transformation costs were compressed to one-third of traditional solutions and helped achieve energy-saving goals.
At the same time, to overcome the bottleneck of core technology dependency and ensure industrial security, Chengdu Mountainpeak Technology independently developed a domestically produced industrial control core communication protocol. Currently, this protocol has been deployed in over 30 medium-sized enterprises in industries such as metallurgy and building materials, becoming a reliable "security lock" against international supply chain risks.
Relying on 18 years of technological breakthroughs and 34 patents, Mountainpeak Technology has achieved a leap from "a single idler wheel" innovation to the ecological reconstruction of the "industrial control system," breaking through multiple "bottleneck" areas and proving with concrete actions that the lifeblood of core technology must be firmly held in one's own hands.
